Brian Uyeda
Head Pastor
Pastor Brian grew up in Orange County, California, and has served in ministry since 1998, entering full-time ministry in 2004 and becoming licensed in 2010. A passionate expositor, he loves helping people apply God’s Word in practical ways that lead to genuine spiritual growth. He has trained and led international mission teams and finds deep joy in seeing lives transformed through global ministry. Before ministry, he earned a Finance degree from California State University, Fullerton. Outside the pulpit, he enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors, and making memories with his daughter and fiancée.
Dionne Salmonds

Dionne grew up in Monterey Park, a small suburb of LA. After graduating, she came to the high desert with her family to a tiny town of 100 people, just North of Ridgecrest, called Olancha. There she met her husband Perry (who does that other than God?!?!) and moved to Ridgecrest in 1991.
Dionne's passion is to make every effort to help you feel like family. She does this by helping guide people to classes, Bible studies, events and volunteer ministry...and pretty much anything else going on!

You can find Brad and Barb helping out in hospitality, slinging coffee and donuts. If you can't find 'em there, you may find them running around elsewhere.
Joe and Kyra Oreste
Joe is our unofficial official tech guy! You can also occasionally find him jamming out on the bass Sunday mornings. Kyra leads a wonderfully welcoming women's life group.
Mike and Lisa Herrington
Mike leads our Wednesday night Men's Group where they discuss how they can apply the bible to their every day life. Lisa can be found adding epic decorative flare to the church.
Perry and Dionne Salmonds

Perry is our Go To Fix It Man! (AKA a real life hero!) You can often find him up on the roof making sure our coolers are keeping the heat out. Dionne is our Discipleship Pastor and our Connections Lead. She has ALL the answers!
